Build a DIY combi sauna

The combi cabin “infrared + sauna”

Sometimes the decision is not easy: infrared cabin or sauna? Or both? When properly combined, a combi cabin can be used both as a sauna and as a standalone infrared cabin with deep-heat emitters.

Each seating position is also a true infrared seat with back and front heaters – without restrictions.

Thanks to removable backrests, a wide lying surface is created for sauna use.

A sauna session is often a question of time – many people have very busy work schedules and want a quick solution in the evening. The infrared cabin is an ideal energy source here.

Poor posture and overexertion can lead to tension – in this case, the red light emitter is also a proven traditional remedy.

People also have very different heat preferences – in the infrared cabin, each person can individually adjust the full-spectrum heaters according to their needs.

When we have time, we want to enjoy a wellness day in a private spa at home – this is where the sauna with its infusions comes into play.

For a fully functional combi sauna, the dimensions must be taken into account.
