Top advice and viewing of the exhibition in the Ried in Innkreis. Order in July, delivery after completion of the apartment in November. Incl. structure and short introduction. The infrared cabin is simply great, I can only recommend it, I wouldn’t want to be without it anymore.

The installation and assembly were absolutely top notch “the boss does it personally” – we have never had such accurate, careful and clean-working fitters (the sauna was not only swept clean but super clean and immediately usable when Mr. Gurtner left our house). He even takes a lot of time at the end to explain the technical details and finally surprises with small gifts for the first sauna session. It doesn’t get any better. From the first contact to delivery everything was great. We built our infrared lounger ourselves and bought all the components from Gurtner. We were in the showroom in Austria. There we received first-class advice from Ms. Gurtner. Many false assumptions we had were competently eliminated. We then ordered the components such as deck chairs (electrically adjustable), spotlights and controls. It was delivered personally by Mr. Gurtner. He took a lot of time with us on site and explained everything to us in detail and gave us valuable tips for our construction. Everything is of the best quality and you can’t expect more service. 100% recommendation.
