Protecting circulation in the sauna and infrared cabin? How? In extreme heat in the sauna? At temperatures over 100 degrees? The Finnish sauna is not suitable for everyone in this regard.

There are many ways to use a sauna gently. Infrared cabins generally have much lower temperatures. In a deep heat cabin, you can sweat wonderfully even at air temperatures of 30 degrees. This is unthinkable in a sauna. Also, pure heat cabins with ceramic or Incoloy radiators or surface heaters require higher temperatures, making them less gentle on the circulation.
Do you love going to the sauna and enjoy the fragrant infusion, but find the high temperature difficult to tolerate? Then we have good news for you. It’s not necessary to set the stove to the highest level. Try going into your sauna right at the beginning of the heating period. Give your body the opportunity to adjust to the temperature change. Don’t increase the heat too much. At lower temperatures, you’ll sweat more easily with higher humidity than with dry air. So, do more infusions (the stones must be hot enough) or use the steam function of your combination stove.
Sauna sessions are not a competition. Stay in as long as it feels good for you. In infrared cabins, a continuous session is sufficient. In the sauna, several infusions with breaks are often done depending on preference. Always listen to your body. If it’s too strenuous, your body will ask for a break!
